Easy to make and refreshingly bitter, the Negroni is said to have been invented in Florence by an Italian count who demanded that the bartender replace the club soda in his Americano with gin.
Ciao Bella Blood Orange Sorbetto
1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Combine liquid ingredients in to a cocktail shaker. Add scoop of sorbetto to a glass and
pour over. If you are feeling adventurous, sprinkle a bit of sugar on orange slice and broil the top of the orange in the oven or with a pastry torch.
