"Dear Ciao Bella, For years I've looked wistfully at your pints in my local shop's freezer. Could it really be as good as gelatro in Italy? But my family and I keep kosher, so I had no way of knowing. Then last week I was staring at them at getting wistful again, and somehow the thought struck me -- just check for a hecksher! You never know. Imagine my shock and delight when I saw that several of the flavors had a "Star K"! Quickly I tumbled the Blood Orange, the Lemon, and the Passion Fruit into my shopping cart.

And the verdict: better than I remember from Italy! (Or maybe it's only 'just as good,' but your pints are a heck of a lot cheaper than a plane ticket back there!). The intensity and clarity of the flavors was marvelous, and you escaped the trap that snares most other companies: you didn't put in too much sugar. What a fabulous experience!

So I'm just writing to say Thank You for going to the trouble of getting kosher certification! I could wish it were on all your flavors, but I guess I'll just have to content myself with having some. Thank you thank you thank you!"
